This feature provides a dashboard for delivery managers to be able to monitor the customer operations in relation to uploading and downloading data to/from the database of AIH to ensure contractual deliveries are met.
The delivery managers can now monitor the status of:
- Uploaded customer asset install base information in order to add the service-supported assets to the database
- Uploaded customer asset signals data to provide the system with information necessary for spare parts recommendation generation
- All downloaded spare parts recommendations for customer assets
In addition this dashboard also provide the following functionalities:
- Ability to review a customer’s install base information in order to approve adding the service-supported assets to the database
- An overview of the customer’s uploaded signals data, and ability to upload additional data to support recommendation generation.
